To verify a signed prescription transmitted successfully to the pharmacy, after signing a script:
1. Go to the main menu.

2. Select History.

3. The Complete tab shows the successfully sent prescription.

4. Select the prescription to view the date signed, prescription, prescription serial number, and pharmacy.
Note: The prescription serial number is needed for research or troubleshooting and must be provided within 10 days of the signed date for escalation.

5. Scroll down to view transmission history.
