How to check History to verify a signed prescription transmitted successfully to the pharmacy

1. Go to the main menu.

2. Select History.

The Complete tab shows the successfully sent prescription.  

3. Select the prescription to view the date signed, prescription, prescription serial number, and pharmacy. 

Note: The prescription Serial # is needed for research or troubleshooting and must be provided within 10 days of the signed date for escalated research.
