This article explains how to clear your browser cache in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Clearing cache and cookies protects your personal information and helps our applications run better on your computer.
Select the browser you use for e-prescribing:
Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the menu button (three vertical dots in the top right corner of your browser window)
- Select More Tools
- Select Clear browsing data

- In the Clear browsing data window, select the Time range to clear.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then click Clear data.
Note: if you clear your browser regularly this takes only a few seconds.

Firefox
- Open Firefox
- Click the menu button (three horizontal lines in the top right corner of your browser window)
- Select History
- Select Clear recent history

- In the Clear All History window, select the Time range to clear.
- Select Cookies and Cache, and then click OK.
Note: if you clear your browser regularly this takes only a few seconds.

Edge
Open Edge
- Click the menu button (three horizontal dots in the top right corner of your browser window)
- Select Settings (you will see Settings in a panel on the left or you may select the Settings menu in the upper left corner).

- Select Privacy, search, and services
- Scroll to Clear browsing data (mid-page)
- Select Choose what to clear from the Clear browsing data now line

- In the Clear browsing data window, select Time range to clear.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then click Clear now.
