- Upon submission, we will use the payment method on file to process the prorated charge based on your renewal date.
- You will receive a confirmation email with details on accessing Dedicated Phone Support.
- This service will automatically renew with your subscription.

What You Get with Phone Support
Whether you are subscribed to iPrescribe, iPrescribe Practice, or iPrescribe Enterprise plan, your organization’s phone support add-on allows you to connect to a knowledgeable support representative on your schedule. Here’s how it works:
- On-demand callbacks: If you’re facing an immediate issue, you can request an agent to call you back as soon as possible.
- Scheduled support: Alternatively, you can schedule a callback at a time that best fits your busy schedule.
Callback Hours
Phone support is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 9:45 PM ET.
After hours, we advise that you create an email ticket by selecting Submit a request > iPrescribe Support Request.
How to Submit a Callback Request
To submit a request for phone support:
- Sign in to your iPrescribe Help Center account.
- Click Submit a request.
- Click on Request a callback.
- On the form:
- Enter a Callback number that is a direct line and includes an area code.
Extensions, phone numbers answered by a machine that require callers to select options, and numbers beginning with "1-800" will not work.
- Select Callback now or Callback later from the drop-down menu for Would you like to receive a callback now or later? For Callback later, additional fields will appear:
- Callback date: Click inside the field to open up a pop-up calendar and select a date.

Callback time: Select a time (Eastern Standard Time) from the drop-down menu.
If you are not already in Eastern Time zone, convert to Eastern Standard Time for your selection.
- Enter a Callback number that is a direct line and includes an area code.
- Submit the form, and a dedicated support representative will contact you as specified. You will also receive a confirmation email with a ticket number.
