Resend the 'invite a reference' email

Purpose: This article explains what to do if you completed EPCS activation as a self-registered provider and your reference has not responded. You can re-invite the same reference or choose a new one.

Audience: iPrescribe self-registered (via ID.me) providers.

1. Open the iPrescribe application.

2. Go to the Menu (three bars on the top left hand corner) and scroll down to Settings.

3. Inside Settings, it will state Invite Reference until it is completed by the admin. Select and follow the prompts to invite a reference.

Note

  • The information for the Reference Email is gathered at this time, but the email to the reference is sent after the full registration process is completed.
  • The Invite a Reference screen is specific to accounts self-registered through ID.me.
