Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong during verification, here's what each message means and what to do next.
You'll see this message:
"This code is expired. Select resend email to be sent a new valid code."
Select Email new code to get a new one, then enter it right away.
You'll see this message:
"This code is incorrect. You have two more attempts before this account is locked for 15 minutes."
Check the code in your email and try again. Make sure you're using the most recent code you received.
After three incorrect attempts, you'll see this message:
"Due to three failed attempts entered, this account is locked for 15 minutes."
Wait 15 minutes, then start this process again from the beginning.
