Edit patient demographics from the Rx Review screen
You can also edit patient demographics without leaving the Rx Review screen. If iPrescribe detects that the patient is missing required information—such as Address Line 1, City, or State—an error message displays at the top of the screen.
To update the patient's information:
-
Tap Edit Patient Details in the error message.
- Enter the missing information (for example, Address Line 1 or City).
- Tap Update to save your changes.
- iPrescribe returns you to the Rx Review screen to continue with the prescription.
Note: Each error message addresses one missing field at a time. If multiple fields are missing, repeat these steps until all required information is complete.
