If you recently gained access to your account after being locked out, and need to reset your security questions follow the instructions below.
1. Log in to iPrescribe.
2. Go to the main menu and select Settings

3. Select Security Questions

4. Choose your desired Security Questions and enter new answers.

5. Select Save.
