When using iPrescribe Connect, the caller ID that patients see is the phone number you used to register.
This ensures consistency and security in your communications.
However, we understand that there might be situations where you need a different phone number to display on caller ID.

Current Limitations
At present, iPrescribe Connect:
- Does not support managing multiple phone numbers for Caller ID. Each user account is limited to one phone number.
- Does not offer a self-service option for changing your caller ID number.
If you need to use a different phone number for caller ID, you will need to follow the process below to request this change.
Change Your Caller ID Number
To update your caller ID phone number, submit a request to Support and include the following information:
- Phone number that currently displays as your caller ID number
- New phone number you want to display instead
- If applicable, additional information or reason for the change
Support will process your request and confirm once the change has been made.
Processing Time
Changes to the caller ID number may take some time to process. We appreciate your patience as we work to update your settings.
