A subset of end users participating in an iPrescribe beta release will have access to a new AI-driven tool, ClinicalKey AI, integrated directly within the iPrescribe application. This AI assistant will appear persistently at the bottom of all screens in iPrescribe, providing seamless, real-time access to clinical decision support while users are actively e-prescribing.
To use ClinicalKey AI:
1. Log in to iPrescribe app.
2. At any point in time on any screen, tap on the drawer at the bottom that says ClinicalKeyAI. This opens the ClinicalKey AI assistant within the iPrescribe app.

Best practices
- Do not enter any Personal Health Information (PHI).
- Do not make calculations, ask for medication costs, or ask about insurance coverage.
-
Do not use traditional AI prompt engineering (e.g., "Act as a medical assistant: What is the
treatment of secondary syphilis when pregnant?") - Do enter detailed and specific clinical questions using natural language (e.g., "Does brexpiprazole require a dosage adjustment for severe renal impairment?"). Entering just keywords will give you broad results.

4. You will then see results on a screen where you can:
- Get Support for ClinicalKey AI.
- View additional information related to the AI-generated response.
- Review references in detail.
- Ask a follow-up question by tapping the Ask button.
- Review recommended follow-up questions and answers.
