iPrescribe Connect troubleshooting

Users using Google Voice to set up iPrescribe Connect – a feature that allows providers to call their patients directly from the app – must first disable Google Voice's security feature to successfully set up iPrescribe Connect.

Background

If you are using Google Voice as your office phone number, you will need to disable the call screening feature to receive the verification code for iPrescribe Connect.

Google Voice has a built-in security feature that automatically triggers a verification process for calls from numbers that are not pre-associated with a user's Google Voice account. As a result, users have reported disruptions when attempting to receive their iPrescribe Connect verification codes.
