Purpose: This article explains how iPrescribe users can confirm or update the email address associated with their account directly from the app.

iPrescribe users may update their own email.

First-time iPrescribe users receive a prompt to confirm their email, and users may update their email any time.

1. Log in to iPrescribe. 

2. Go to the main menu, tap Settings, then tap General Settings.

3. Tap Email Address on File and either confirm the email address currently on file or enter a new email address. Then, tap Continue. 

4. A pop-up window advises you to check for an email. Check your inbox at the address you shared. 

5. In your email, tap the link to confirm your email address. Your profile updates to show the new email address.
