Purpose: This article guides new prescribers through selecting a plan, setting license quantity, choosing add-ons, and completing payment to activate an iPrescribe subscription.
Audience: Prescribers or practice administrators who are setting up a new iPrescribe account and are ready to choose and purchase a subscription plan.
After you create your iPrescribe account, the app takes you to the Pricing & Features screen. Follow the steps below to select your plan and complete your subscription purchase.
Step 1. Select your plan
On the Pricing & Features screen, iPrescribe Mobile (Apple and Android Mobile App — $30/month per prescriber, $360 billed annually) is selected by default.
To change your plan, tap the Plan dropdown and select iPrescribe Practice (includes Mobile and Desktop access).
Step 2. Set your prescriber license quantity
Review your plan details and set your Prescriber License quantity. Your total before tax updates based on the number of licenses selected.
Tap Next.
Step 3. Add-ons (optional)
The Add Ons screen lets you add Premium Phone Support (+$99/year for your entire practice, billed annually). This includes:
- Direct phone access with extended hours
- On-demand and scheduled callbacks
- Fast-tracked help for your whole practice
To skip, tap Continue to payment.
To add Premium Phone Support, select the Add Phone Support checkbox. Your total updates to reflect the additional $99. Tap Continue to payment.
Step 4. Complete payment
Review your final order summary, enter your contact information and payment method, and select Subscribe.
Already a subscriber?
You can add Premium Phone Support at any time — it's not limited to new registrations. Complete this order form to get started.
