What is Patient Finder?
When you log in for the first time, iPrescribe will automatically search the databases to find and import your patients using our Patient Finder feature. If we don’t find all of your patients, you can easily add them (How to Add New Patients), or submit a request to have our Support Team assist you with a patient upload.
Existing users can access Patient Finder from the main dashboard.
Tap the menu icon ≡ in the top left corner > Settings > Patient Finder > Find My Patients.
Note: Even if we don't find all your patients today, iPrescribe will continuously run Patient Finder and load patient profiles as we find them. This will give you more complete patient data and mean less manual entry in the future
